I recently change my website to be secure https:// but from my home network using BT HH6 I can connect to the new secure site it will only connect to the old unsecured http:// site, However from my work laptop connect through the same wifi network & hub and through my companies network I can load the https:// site.
Using my mobile devices phone/tablet etc, these load the https:// site either through 3/4G or when connected to external wifi such as Starbucks etc. but again when I connect the device to my home network they route only to the old unsecured http:// site

The new site I can reach from any other network other than my home network using the same device is.....
Your site isn't configured for https:// correctly.
If I try and load it then I get taken to the http:// version:
And if I force my browser to go to https:// then I get this:
If I then go to https://, it says your SSL Certificate is invalid
This was in Chrome, but the same occurs in Firefox.
I would recommend speaking to your host about this, as I don't believe it is configured correctly.
EDIT: This was on a BT Connection, but as you say loading it over 3G (in my case Three), fixes the issue.
