Trying to connect smart plugs to BT Hub and it's not finding it, I tried splitting it into 2 bandwidths and connecting on 2.4ghz but still no luck. Any ideas?

Re: connecting a smart plug to BT Hub

@tharari have you tried turning off the smart set up feature on your Hub as that may help?

Re: connecting a smart plug to BT Hub

Try changing the SSID on the home hub, so that it does not have any non-alphanumeric characters in it, as many wireless devices do not like these. In other words no spaces, or dashes, keep it simple,

Try renaming the home hub SSID to something , like  bthub

Then rescan for wireless networks and try connecting the smart plug to the new SSID.

Re: connecting a smart plug to BT Hub

How are you trying to connect the plugs? Can you try to associate them by pressing the WPS button on both devices? (Not certain if home hub has a wps button as don't use the hub)
