i have had nothing but problems with the hub 3 i have had it replaced many times but the problem stays i got a myself a new router and the problem went away. but it broke so i went back to the hub 3 and the problem returned. i just contacted the help line and asked for a hub 5 but they wouldn't give me one for free. i cannot afford a new one bt has a duty of service to me as a customer i pay a lot of money to them i shouldn't have to pay more to use it is there any way of getting a hub 5 for free

Re: homehub 3

Here are your options.

http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/35097/~/how-can-i-get-a-new-bt-home-hub%3F

Quote "Broadband customers who are either out of contract or in the last three months of their contract can recontract on any BT broadband product on a 12-month contract to get a Hub 4.

Please note: there is a £6.95 delivery charge when taking a free Hub deal."
