Log onto your Homehubs management pages then go to Advance Settings then Helpdesk. It will list what version of software it is on.
In any event, you can not change or update the software. The update process is controlled by BT and you have no options to accept or decline the software that is pushed by BT as and when it sees fit.
Unfortunately the HH4 doesn't offer any linestats via the interface other than connection speed.
