the bt hub 3 has been dropping wireless speeds since January this year, getting worse as i have to reset/change wireless channel number frequently per day. Hub speed on wired coonection is very good - 70 mb/s; good wireless is 17 mb/s; slow wireless is 1-2 mb/s. Been on to bt help and after 1 week said they are not responsible for wireless speed, only the main wired speed. So after all that i have now done a factory reset on the back of the hub and will let you know the outcome....here's hoping!
after 6 hours i had to reset the wireless channel - so the factory reset did not change the above problems. Can bt send me a new hub?
Yes similar - tried every combo but no better
There are 13 channels in total, have you tried them all?
