i have only been a bt customer for 16 days, if the service they provide dosnt work then surely there should be no cancellation charge, it has been less than 28 days, if notthen i feel a call to ofcom coming on
If you check the terms and conditions (see link under BT Infinity) you can cancel up until it is installed after which you have to pay for any work done and any equipment.
I don't think Ofcom deal with individual complaints, they only give advice about how to complain.
