I'm having trouble with the online troubleshooter which you are directed to for ordering extra WiFi discs - it tests my connection but no option for ordering Discs and I don't have a spare hour to be on the 'phone to BT! Others seem to have successfully order through online Chat but I just get told to ring them - do I need to use specific words?
