orange flashing light

Hi

We were quite happy watching rugby on Amazon stick when suddenly all internet stopped.

Hub flashing orange.

Tried resetting, tried unplugging and re plugging in everything.

Tried running diagnostics and BT say online no problems with our line or in the area.

Landline works fine.

No internet.

Any suggestions, we don't seem to have a test socket, it says 5c on it.

7 as an update after several hours it's come back on. No idea as to the cause!

for future the faceplate just unclips - no screws - and test socket is immediately visible

just make sure that faceplate is clipped on securely as have been post where this has caused connection problems

Probably a WPI (Working Party Interruption) or some planned work.

Could well be but be nice if BT read this and make sure that they put it on their website. all the tests were essentially blaming my house infrastructure for the fault!!
