I've recently moved to FTTP and I now have a redundant HH5. I've read what I could about using the HH5 as an broadband extender. In most cases the received wisdom is to connect the smart hub 2 and the HH5 with an Ethernet cable. That is not possible. I was wondering if I could use 2 powerline adaptors and connect the HH5 to the second one. I've already changed its address and stopped DHCP and its firewall. Would this work? I would be grateful for any advice and help.

Yes, it will work just fine, that's how I connect a Hub5 as a wireless access point. Powerline adaptors can be considered as an Ethernet cable.
SH2 > master adaptor > mains wiring > slave adaptor > HH5
Thanks for the quick response, and the advice. I'll marke your response as the solution.
