problem with port forwarding

I have used port forwarding with noip for security cameras but just recently i can't access the router or cameras i just get a ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT. if i try to check the port on  an open port check   i get the port is open
but still can't access, noip is updated to see my ip ok

 

have rebooted router but still can't get any joy?

Can you view the camera over your local network? if not then reboot your camera

Hi yes i can. It now works I have turned on dynamic dns to update noip of my ip think this was the issue

Some IP cameras come with a free ddns service but if yours doesn't, or if it does but it's not enabled, then that probably was the cause
