sky +hd on demand

I have a BT smart hub  which has a wired connection running to a sky +hd box  that has been dropping out on a regular basis it now wont connect at all ,looking on the smart hub manager at the port 3 it shows 0 devices 

Tried port 4 still 0 devices showing have had the cable checked out ok  sonos port 2 / mac port 1 showing and working fine 

Have tried resetting hub and sky box and all the usual procedures sky suggest 

looking at the smart manager sonos is static mac is DHCP

did you turn off smart setup on hh6?
