Month ago changed to `infinity`and cannot say have noticed the slightest improvement in speed of anything.
An error message flashed up saying `we have detected slow connection between hub and vision box`
1/ What the Hell does that mean and what could I do about it?
2/ Why has everything, and I mean everything, to do with BT (including getting into this forum) have to be so long winded, complicated and sufficient to try the patience of a Saint?
Managed to get the stats (below) but speed tester incomprehensible

You are connected at 69Mbs, so there is nothing wrong with that.
Why is the speed test incomprehensible?

How is the home hub connected to the BT YouView box?
Computer (a tower variety) is remote from hub, no wired connection available and if there were am not sure fully understand all of the other necessities.
Hub is on a shelf below vision box, cable used is perhaps a bit longer than needed (less than a metre would do). It was an old cable from previous set up and am wondering if that may need updating or something, if so what spec?
