smart hub disc

followed the plug in instructions etc... but keeps defaulting to red any suggestions?

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having.

How are you connecting the disk to your Smart Hub? Ethernet, WPS or the App?

Have you got the black disks? Are you paying for Complete Wi-Fi or purchased the black disks separately?

hi I plugged in with supplied cable initially waited until it turned solid blue, then removed the cable, it flashed red for a bit then changed to solid blue. I then unplugged disc and relocated to where I wanted it then it just kept flashing red. I think it may be easier to factory reset it as the WPS button didn't work either

Perhaps you are using the wrong app?.

I assume you have the smart hub 2?

right ok cheers engineer set it up originally ill see about the app thing
