I purchased through the BT shop on 22/1/19 a three disk whole home wifi package as advised by BT call agents to help resolve my broadband drop outs. (order no. S006635857) Installed it and after numerous calls it never really solved the problem. I was then persuaded to upgrade to BT smart hub 2 a few weeks ago and now these disks are redundant. TBH the new package isn't much better with drop outs and slow speeds but thats something I will deal with separately. The disks are all packaged in their original boxes and look like new. BT shop say they cannot take them back or issue a refund. Im not happy that I've spent £179 on something that didn't work and is now no use to me.
