In trying to get service from BT I've had one visit where the engineer was unable to activate the line. The engineer filled in a form on his phone with lots of information. 

 

I would like to be able to see the information filed by the engineer as part of the 'Track my Order' page. That way I can see what progress has been made without having to resort to calling the call center and trying to extract information that way.

As the engineer woks for openreach not your ISP BT retail and you are not an openreach customer that is not going to happen.  Openreach only deal with service providers not the general public
