I hope you mean deaf. If you ask Openreach they charge (I think) £140.00 call out, plus £75.00 for an extra socket. If you do a google search for retired telecoms engineers in your area, they will be competitively priced, and will be very unlikely to raise the large call-out fee.
would it not be easier and cheaper to get cordless phone with additional handsets. connect base unit to existing phone socket and place additional wireless handset(s) around your home which just need connected to power supply to charge them
