BT 6500 Quad

Hi, I have recently purchased the BT 6500 Quad.

All is fine so far except for one problem, if we use the loud speaker option on the phone the call quality is so poor that it almost

impossible to hear the person you are talking too ?

Only seems to affect the 'main' phone/unit, if we use the phone in 'normal' mode the call quality is fine.

We need to use the speaker option as we have someone hear who can only use the phone that way.

Any help much appreciated.

Hi, I have received my replacement.

All I needed was one handset which I renamed as Handset 1 (the base handset).

The trouble is that the base handset does not see the other handsets and vice versa ?

Any help much appreciated.

so was it just the loud speaker that was the problem?

i have the same issue, but on all 4 phones which makes it useless for the purpose it was bought for.

Havbe you followed the registration process on page 74 & 75 of the manual bearhammer ?
