Good morning everyone,

Thanks for highlighting this again.  I just want to echo Robbie's sentiment and  for those of you who are being affected by this issue, I am very sorry that this fault seems to have re-appeared.

Robbie has highlighted this issue to the same team who helped us out last time so hopefully we cant get a quick turnaround on this one.  We will let you know ASAP.

Thanks for your patience whilst we looked into this.

I have received word back from my colleague confirming that the issue is now fixed.  Could I ask anyone that was affected to double check things are working for them again and post back?  I'd really appreciate it 😊

Thanks Robbie, it does now seem to be fixed (again!). It seemed OK a few days ago. My mother's phone is still getting lots of scam calls. Week beginning 5th August she had 35 in the week! Now she's back again to the 15-20 per week.

Just glad they don't get to ring her phone. I do report them all, but not sure what good it will do. The one which comes up a lot (2 or 3 times per day!), and I make no apologies for posting the number here, is:

020 3740 4301

Of course, the "international" calls are not able to be reported. Quite why she gets scams from Australia I don't know. 

Voicemail tally to date is now up to 1074 (in 18 months).

[I also got the "This is BT here, your internet has been compromised" today, so no-one is immune to this modern day nuisance]

Hi @RobbieMac ,

Blacklists now showing as on again, without any intervention from me, so many thanks for getting this sorted again.

 

So hopefully I will not be getting the 2 or 3 "unavailable" calls per day that I have been getting for the last two weeks or so.
