Does anyone know if BT Call Protect is currently down at the moment. Have tried phoning BT only to be cut off after 19 mins and then doing an online chat with them and guess what, they ended the session after telling me to go into it from My BT! What did they think I had been doing all this time??? Many thanks

Hi @Nascar24 and @brownd1950 I've checked and we currently have no reported faults with the call protect service. Please will you try again and post back and let me know if it is working ok or if you are still experiencing issues and if you are able to use other sections of your MYBT ok also.
Have tried Cal Protect this morning again (1120) and cannot get access. Can get all other parts of My Bt

I have been unable to get the BT Call Protect page to open for three days despite approaching it from MyBT and from my BT Package. It just says "Unfortunately this service is currently not available at this time. Please try again shortly" As a matter of interest I have also lost my Caller Display apart from contacts in the phone memory despite*234# announcement saying it is working-no connection between the two events presumably?
