BT Caller Protect question.......

i have BT Caller Protect, can i block the last number even if the number is 'unavailable' ?, worried that if i dial 1572 it will block the last recognised caller, rather than the one above (??)

As there is no number available there is no number to block.

In my experience, after dialling 1572 and pressing "1", the system always announces the last number answered and then asks whether you want to block it. So, providing you know the number of the last good call you received, you can't inadvertently block it.
