BT Sonus 1500 handset no longer rings with caller ID activated
Since caller ID was activated on my account, my BT Sonus 1500 handsets no longer ring when external calls are received (luckily the base units still do). I have tried de/re-registering and re-setting the handsets but to no avail. Does anyone else have this issue, and is there is a solution that still allows me to use caller ID? Thanks. N.B. I am using 3 handsets for one phone line. Before caller ID was activated they rang fine.
