BT have ruined my entire package

Hi all 

I am very appaled because my broadband and calls plan has been downgraded for no reason by BT, I tried to make the changes online but I realised I would be charged more than the previously agreed bill plus charged upfront costs which I would not need. 

I Would really appreciate it if this could be fixed.

Although the forum is moderated by BT not every post is read

Sulu already have mod help trying to save your existing phone number so see if they can also help you with sorting out your package
