Approx 2 months ago i recieved an e-mail from BT with an updated contract, I accepted and found out that now the "BT text delivery system (to Landline)" was no longer working, I have had numerous calls to BT, an Engineer visit, no-one has been able to fix it and half the staff have no idea what i am talking about.
Please can someone help me?!!!
Hi @goonerken, welcome back to the community and thanks for posting, are the texts now coming through as speach instead? Is caller display still working on your phone as that is needed for the text to come through as a text otherwise its converted to speech?
The texts have always come through as speech in the past, for the last month it has ceased working. Caller display is working fine
