Our additional BT1700 base has stopped working - no blue light. Everything else working. What could be the problem? Cable ok. Tried another power socket. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi David, the additional base (bought with the number 1 phone) is about 4 years old. It worked fine until recently. Cable etc perfectly fine. Any ideas? Thanks for your interest.
