I am on my third set. First set faulty handset. Next two faulty base units, swapped for same at currys. Base unit was quite warm. Tried another power supply from other phone still no joy problem is with the base unit itself, and not the power supply. Hopefully this one might be ok!

Hi jimboelliott, it's completely unacceptable that these base units continue to fail. The system itself (when working) is fantastic, we've not answered a single spam or an unwanted call and the phone hasn't rang with an unwanted call in 4 months now. They still come in and you can see a log of them, but the system intercepts them. Although very frustrating, it's worth persevering especially if getting them replaced at no cost other than your own time and patience! Ours only worked after the third set. Good luck.
