Hi, I'm hoping someone can help us, we bought these phones a year ago and they are excellent until recently, we changed providers from Plusnet to Sky in August and now half of the features don't work. We can't use the last number redial, don't know who has rung us if we have a missed call, change the time or even factory reset.
Thought factory reset would help but can't even do that!
