Blacklisted number is calling me daily.Why do I receive the call ?

I am receiving a call every day from 01989977421 . The caller display shows just the 0 digit . I  have added this caller to my blacklist.However, every day I get a call from this number. How do I ensure the number is blocked? I have called the number but the number is not recognised.

What you are seeing is not the number that the call is coming from. All it is doing is causing this number to be displayed because some people will not answer if a number is not displayed.

It looks like the number is a spoof number.I will report this and see what happens. Thank you for your reply.
