Welcome to the BT Residential Customers forum

I am assuming you are a business user, so please could you post on the BT Business forum at http://business.forums.bt.com/

As I expect that its either a PBX or Featurenet problem

Re: Bt converse 2100

This is only a customer to customer help forum, so all I can suggest is this help page

http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/12412/~/bt-converse-2100

There is no additional support for this product.

If you have someone who maintains your phone system, then they may be able to help, as its possible that a wire has become disconnected.

There are many types of recall  methods used by PBXs, some use short line break, and others use an additional wires.

Page 9 of the user manual suggests that its just a short line break, so that would point to an issue with the phone, the recall buttion itself, or the PBX.

Re: Bt converse 2100

It would always depend on what type of phone system you have in your office as the pickup code required for you to answer the call would vary. Suggest you get on to who ever does the admin on your system to request they give you the code required. You could then programme this on the required button on your phone.
