Thanks for the reply. Yes I followed the instructions and when I pressed the tick button it changed to play and played back the message to me but when I rang on my mobile to check the message sounded ok it was still playing the old message. I have done it 4 times with the same result.
I tried a customer services no. (Cannot remember if it was that no) I found online but as the phone is out of warrenty it said to call another number which costs 65p per min.
