Bt3560 answer message

Hi, I have tried to change the message on my phone and the play part days the message has changed but when the phone is called the old message plays. Can you help? Jo

Hi @Jolamb welcome to the community and thanks for posting, are you're following the guidance on page 36 of the user manual to set your own message?

I'd recommend getting in touch with the BT 3560 product support helpdesk if that's not working.

Hi NeilO,

Thanks for the reply. Yes I followed the instructions and when I pressed the tick button it changed to play and played back the message to me but when I rang on my mobile to check the message sounded ok it was still playing the old message. I have done it 4 times with the same result.

I tried a customer services no. (Cannot remember if it was that no) I found online but as the phone is out of warrenty it said to call another number which costs 65p per min.

 I will try that no tomorrow. Thanks Jo
