My Settings in Call Protect do not function.
Example: i go to the "Settings" feature in Call Protect. I set the "Percsonal Blacklist" and "BT Blacklist" to "ON" I close and when opened again these settings have reverted back to "OFF"
Any explanation would be greatly appreciated.
I have tried "Live Chat" on two occassions both "Technicians" were, I am afraid not competent enough to explain or correct the issue.
