I have just changed my BT DECT phones for a Panasonic set. I seem not to have Caller ID. The phone tells me that I need to be subscribed to a caller ID service - but it's part of the landline package, surely? I have entered #234* plus a few other codes for different things. Each time I get a message that 'the service requested is not available'. What's going on? Can I fix this?
Did you recently make any changes to your BT phone or broadband package?

Then its not enabled on your account.
Login to MyBT again, and look to see if the caller display option is selected when you try to progress the order. A change of contract can cause this to be removed.
