Caller ID not working since fibre upgrade

Hi, I upgraded to fibre (FTTP) about a month ago but since then my caller ID has not worked. I rang BT a week ago and they said they would turn it on, however it's still not working. When I ring *234# it says service not available. Can anyone help please?

Hi @tfarm welcome to the community and thanks for posting, if you give the FTTP sales team a call they'll be able to help you get that sorted 0800 587 4787 open 8am to 8pm Mon to Sat 9am to 6pm Sun.
