I reported a fault yesterday but it is now sorted. I can’t seem to cancel the fault online. I have tried the online chat but that is not live. I want to avoid and engineer being sent out. Please can you help?
Openreach are not entering homes at the moment, so you would not get a visit anyway.
You may get a phone call from one of the Openreach Field Technicians, asking you whether you still have a problem, but that is all. They are only dealing with vulnerable customers at the moment, so you may not be contacted at all.
