Hi, was just wondering if I should be entitled to compensation/refund for having no phone/landline for 10 days because of a fault in the village. Its quite expensive package at £60 a month, so to not have it for 10 days was a nuisance, especially as mobile reception is poor here. Should I be asking BT for a gesture of goodwill?
Thanks, I may be entitled to compensation then , but the website is so un-user-friendly, and complicated, not showing an e-mail address or phone number, that I don't think I can waste anymore of my life trying to get any money back. I just won't renew my cotract when this comes to an end with BT , customer dervice experience, shockingly bad for such an established company.
