Diverse 4010 Cordless Executive Handset
Hello and I hope someone in the BT community can help me.
I have above handset which has hardly been used and is in as new condition.
I can charge it up and the display shows up on the screen.
However none of the keys respond to being pressed. I can live with the handset not working BUT I do need to de-register it from the base so that I can add another handset in its place.
Pleaseeee does anyone have any suggestions?
I have tried ringing the helpline number in the manual but just keep being given alternative numbers; none of which are helpful!
Does anyone know of a number to obtain technical support or even repair?
