BT made an appointment to fix a fault on my line for today. I called the helpdesk to get an idea what part of the day they are likely to show up and you have a message saying that you are all off for the bank holiday.
Does this mean that my engineer will still show up? BT confirmed the appointment three times with me with two different people.
Am I going to be waiting in all day for nothing or will the engineer show?

Thank you. Is there anyway of finding out when they are likely to show up? Morning, afternoon or evening? As I am supposed to be taking my child to a birthday party this afternoon.
