I have recently cancelled our 1571 service and since then there has been aproblem with our call diversion service. Whwn I send
to set divert calls on no reply, all calls are diverted as if I had sent
All other codes seem to work OK. I have tried contacting BT by various means but no-one appears to understand what my problem is. Any help will be appreciated
Canceling BT Answer 1571 shouldn't cause any issues with the call diversion service. I can get this investigated. Please send me in your details using the "Contact The Mods" link found in my profile.
