Easier ways to order phone handsets & calling features

here are a couple of updates about ways we’ve made it easier to order phones & calling features. Read on to find out more.


Purchase a new phone and add it to your BT bill

If you want to buy a new phone you can now pay for it via your BT bill.  Previously you had to pay for any phone devices separately by credit or debit card, but you now have the option to pay for this purchase on your next phone bill.  The cost of the phone device and the postage and packing will show in the ‘One-off Charges’ section of your bill and payment will be taken by your usual method. Ordering calling features online – new & improved!

We’ve made some recent improvements to the way you can order calling features online.  It can be done via your MyBT account so there’s no need to ring in to make these changes. Features such as BT Privacy At Home, Call Waiting and lots more can be added easily – find out more.
