Re: Engineer No Show

Hi @burnsey602,

I can understand your frustration and I'm sorry the activation of your service has been delayed.

I'd like to take a look at what is happening with your order. Please can you send me in your details using the "Contact The Mods" link found in my profile?

Thanks

PaddyB

Re: Engineer No Show

Well, waited for my update today but heard nothing. Rang call centre again and spent 36 minutes on the phone only to be told there wasn't any update and I'd be updated next on the 31st January. Shocking really.

Re: Engineer No Show

Another month passes, Landline was installed but still waiting for broadband. Been promised call backs numerous times and had nothing, must of been on phone to bt for hours by now. Enough is enough so will try broadband with another provider. Useless.

You are still going to be waiting for Openreach to complete the order, so all you will do is to delay things even more, as all providers, apart from Virgin Media, use the Openreach infrastructure.

When was the last time you got an update from one of the moderators?

Re: Engineer No Show

Hi @burnsey602 Sorry we were unable to get your broadband service connected for you. @RobbieMac was handling your case but I can see that you have already called in and cancelled your order.

Thanks
John

Re: Engineer No Show

Yes I've cancelled, I've not heard anything from @RobbieMac for about 2 weeks. Other than a voicemail saying he'd ring me the next day but still awaiting the call.
