BT disconnected my broadband and landline without my permission. They have given me a date for reconnection over 2 weeks from the date of disconnection!!
I have explained that I am a senior doctor who relies on broadband to access patient notes and advise other doctors accordingly. My wife sits on the judiciary and needs video contact for her court affairs.
im now into my 5th hour of phone calls since being disconnected and no wiser.
I’ve explained that this is unacceptable behaviour at any time let alone in the middle of a pandemic.
I am waiting as I type and now being directed to my 6th BT member of staff so far today.
