Frustrated like hell with BT

I reported this phone fault on the 22nd of oct, I was told I would have to wait a week until the 29th of october before an engineer would be able to call, I was then told on the same day the problem would be fixed by the end on thursday the 25th (Today), Then i get an emai saying it will be fixed by the end of the 26th (Tomorrow). I then get a call from bt saying it wont be able to sort out an engineer to visit until the 31st. What is going on!!!!. I am being passed from pillar to post with excuse after excuse.

I am sorry to see you are having problems with your BT Service

I suggest you contact the forum mods they should be able to get this problem sorted for you this is a link to them

They normally reply by email or phone directly to you within 3 working days they will take personal ownership of your problem until resolved and will keep you informed of progress

They are a UK based BT specialist team who have a good record at getting problems solved

This is a customer to customer self help forum the only BT presence here are the forum moderators
