Have had landline fault for 2 weeks still not resolved. Initially could receive calls but couldn't dial out. Reported fault 26 Jan. Engineer changed junction box in house then went off to exchange. Since he changed box still can't dial out but also cannot receive incoming calls and have no broadband. He made the situation a whole lot worse.
For the last week have rang BT on a daily basis, told they apologise and can resolve this for us. What a joke!!! Have waited in 3 times this week for promised engineer. An engineer has not yet materialised but for some reason fault keeps being 'closed' and we have to raise it again. At 4.30pm today, we were again told engineer would not be coming, apparently fault is being raised and an engineer requested but info for some reason is not going through to Open Reach Engineers. We're again told we would be called back - still waiting.
How do we get this situation resolved.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
