Getting customer support for a vulnerable person

My mum is housebound with dementia.  Her phone is not working and I cannot get customer support or live chat to try and get this escalated , just a computer that dumps you out as soon as you enter the landline number basically.  Because of travel restrictions due to COVID 19 I cannot travel the 100 miles to check she is ok, she is confused and lonely and cannot even get calls from her family until it is fixed

I'm sorry to hear that your Mum's landline has gone faulty.

Is there anyone at the property that could complete the home checks?
