HUB PHONE PROBLEM

I HAVE A BT PHONE HUB 2.1 AND AS OF THIS MORNING IT DECIDED NOT WORT I WANT TO RING OUT BUT A VOICE COMES ON SAYING I CAN NOT RING OR RECEIVE CALLS ON THE LINE BUT MY BROADBAND IS WORING FINE AND MY LANDLINE PHONE SEEMS TO BE OK TOO WHAT IS WRONG GUYS??????? HELP!!!!!!

Restart the home hub, I expect it has lost contact with Broadband Talk server, it does happen occasionally.

If you are using Broadband Talk, is the "phone" light lit on the home hub?

yes its blue it was orange yesterday and flashing and it worked but now its blue and dont work lol x i thought it was meant to be other way round x

You may have to re-activate Broadband Talk by going to

 

https://service.btbroadbandvoice.bt.com/bbv/online/consumerConfig

 

And using the "configure equipment" option.
