Help!

Phone line and broadband down since 21.5

Reported online

Fault tracker says 2 seperate engineers sent out but only one has come - tracker says fault will be fixed by 5pm tonight!

Am suspicious that this is just a delaying ploy - not happy - want my paifd for services back asap

how do i  get compensation and/or complain to Oftel?, my MP?

Urgent Help appreciated
