One week after placing a Home Move request online. I have been told that my landline will be connected on the date advised in my confirmation. However my Broadband Order has apparently not gone through and I will have to place a new order once my landline is working, with a delay of some days before activation.
I have tried to get the call centre to escalate this with no luck whatsoever.
My original order confirmation clearly states that B/Band activation was to have taken place by midnight on the day my landline is installed.
From other posts it is normal that you need a working phone line before you can order broadband. Don't why the house move people still schedule both for the same day
