Home hub 4 internet dropout with every voice call.

Anybody able to help with ideas on this. Ever since we switched to BT as ISP, any incoming our outgoing voicecall interupts the internet connection instantly and the home hub needs restsrting to eventually reconnect the service.

Might be a faulty filter or a HR DIS. That's a High Resistence Disconnection.

Try using the hub into the NTE test spcket with a spare filter. If it still does it then I'd report it as a fault.

Thanks telephone bob. Works fine in the test socket.

Looks to be our wiring then.
