Home phone not working

I'm hoping someone from BT sees this as I seem unable to get through to them in any other way. I've had no home phone since Sarurday and I want it fixed ASAP plus compensation for the days that I've not had service.

have you tried another known working phone in the test socket as shown here also have you reported the fault to BT faults on 151 you can claim line rental back if the fault is not resolved 3 working days after the fault is reported

Phone line problems are Openreach's problem not BT when did you report the fault to BT

Openreach normally fix faults after 3 working days after they receive the fault notification
