How do I correct wrongly listed address on openreach database

My address is incorrectly stated on the open reach database, hove do I have this corrected please.

Not anymore which is maybe the problem.

You will need to get your present supplier to contact Openreach on your behalf and get them to change their data base.

Already tried this and it was too difficult fir them, but I will have another go.
